When Kenya sent 170 health volunteers to help contain the deadly Ebola virus in Sierra Leone and Liberia in 2016, the medics were praised for their undoubted courage .
But over a year now since their coming back from West Africa, nothing much was really known about their experiences while in the then feared countries.
